Software maintenance
Subscription systems are kept up to date with the latest features developed by Orisha Automation Inc. With the subscription, we are committed to assuming for you the risks associated with changes in the world of technology.
Garantees
The warranty for every sold product is extended at the length of the subscription excepted for the tensiometers and the temperature and humidity sensor which have a 1 year warranty.
Equipments ownership
The equipment provided is leased and remains the property of Automatisation Orisha Inc. This equipment must be returned at your expense if you decide to unsuscribe.

Warranty limitations
All equipment is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. If a device ceases to function normally during the warranty period, Orisha Automation Inc. will replace it for you free of charge.
However, the warranty does not cover breakage resulting from improper use of the devices.
Example :
- Bad connection
- Water damage
- Broken tensiometer
- Box left open and exposed to moisture
The warranty also does not cover breakage resulting from a power surge.
Make sure you protect your devices with a surge-limiting device.
When replacing equipment, labor costs (e.g. disconnection and reconnection of wires) are the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation of responsability
Orisha Automation Inc. can in no way be held responsible for a loss of agricultural yield, a loss of harvest or a loss of any other nature even if this or these losses result directly from a manufacturing or operating defect of a device sold by Orisha.
Return logistics
In the event of a defect resulting from a manufacturing defect, a replacement device will be sent by mail. The labor costs for the replacement are the responsibility of the customer.
Times may vary depending on the speed of the postal service and the availability of replacement parts. The cost of returning defective equipment under warranty is the responsibility of Orisha Automation Inc. The customer must first obtain a return number.
WARNINGS
By agreeing to this subscription, you accept that :
- You have read and understood the inclusions and exclusions above.
- You have read and understood the warranty and responsabilities above.
- You commit to take knowledge of the user guide and to refer to it to use your Orisha system.
- Installation is not included.
- All the Orisha equipments must be at less than 250 feet of the central controller.
- To have access to the Internet, the central controller must be in a zone with a good Wi-Fi coverage.

- The client at Orisha has access to their data, and Orisha possesses the data of its clients. We reserve the right to use them anonymously to continue advancing small-scale agriculture.
